Plant Enhancement Program Phase I, PDR 1 - Baldwin Filter Rehabilitation

The City of Cleveland Water Department produced a Facilities Plan to determine in detail the existing conditions at four Water Treatment Facilities and to recommend future improvements as needed.  As a result of the Facilities RTC was involved in engineering design work along with construction inspection for the Baldwin Water Treatment Plant.

Services Provided

RTC provided design, production of construction contract documents and construction administration for a new Operator’s Control Room; new fire alarm systems, power and lighting for existing East Wing (all levels); new Air Scour Motor; and new MCC’s for Filter Wing.
