The Medical Services Center (MSC) is used by University Hospitals for Central Administration, Billing and IT Services.  The East Elevation (employee entrance side) of the building has large equipment on the ground from a previous tenant.  UH has contracted RTC to provide design options to screen this equipment.  As part of the design a new employee entrance is to be constructed to compliment the screening.  Interior renovations include bringing the new entrance and lobby up to current code.

RTC services included presenting design options to both University Hospitals and the City of Shaker Heights for approval.  RTC will develop the design options into construction documents which include architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
