Plant Enhancement Program Phase II, PDR 11/12 Nottingham WTP Flocculation/Sedimentation Building Improvements, and New Residuals Handling Building

As a result of the Facilities Plan at the City's Water Treatment Plants, the Assessment / Recommendations were developed to address the prioritized facility needs.  RTC provided design for Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Resident Inspection.

Services Provided

RTC Mechanical responsibilities included: replacement of existing heating and ventilation system; design of a HVAC system for the new Residuals Handling Building; separation of existing Storm and Sanitary drain sewers; new gas service line, roof and floor drainage, and plant water service; and a wet  pipe Fire Protection System for new Residuals Handling Building.
