Rehabilitation of Aetna Road from Broadway to East 93rd Street, along with the replacement and rehabilitation of the Aetna Road Bridge over Conrail Tracks between East 78th Street and East 91st Street.

RTC provided survey, roadway rehabilitation for a total of 5,800 feet (pavement, curb, sidewalk); 4.500 feet of water main replacement; drainage, lighting, traffic signalization; and intersection improvements as well as recommendations for retrofit or replacement of existing single span 63.5 foot skewed bridge.
