The new Applied Industrial Technologies World Headquarters is a high-tech 4-story facility located on 9 acres in the urbanized area east of downtown Cleveland. The new headquarters consists of two buildings with a total area of 150,000 square feet with surface and elevated parking for 347 vehicles with access roadways on two major streets.

Services Provided

RTC was responsible for boundary and topographic surveys, electronic site mapping; site-civil engineering and retaining walls; construction plans from schematic design through construction documents; construction observation and shop drawings. Site plans included demolition and excavation; grading, drainage systems and utilities; fire protection; grease traps; truck dock; retaining walls; driveways, parking areas and roadway pavements; concrete curbs and sidewalks.
