In 1998, the City of Cleveland signed built a new 72,000-seat stadium to house the Cleveland Browns franchise.

Services Provided

RTC was part of the Design Team for demolition of the old Municipal Stadium, and design and construction of the new facility on the existing 25-acre site.  RTC’s responsibilities included site survey and base mapping, existing utility investigation, site civil engineering (site paving, grading, drainage), reconstruction/regrading of approximately 400 feet of West 3rd Street, design of 1400 feet of a new East West Stadium Road, and design of a new intersection at Erieside Drive and the East West Stadium Road.
