This new $150,000,000 United States Courthouse is situated on the west end of the famed Tower City Development and accommodates the 10-year growth requirements of the U.S. Courts with potential to add additional space on the same site in the future.  This new tower is 720,000 gross sf structure including approximately 200 interior parking spaces.

Services Provided

RTC services included the design of the first 4 floors of the 24 story building, including Main Building Entrance & Elevator Lobbies, interior space reflected ceiling plan sections & necessary details for court support space, Grand Jury Suites, maintenance areas, secure parking structure, loading dock and building support areas, as well as elevated plaza development around the tower and over the utility buildings and RTA right-of-way as well as the topographic survey.
