This project coordinates the overall process automation at all three of NEORSD’s Wastewater Treatment Plants, and designs, specifies, and oversees the installation of necessary process automation at the Easterly, Westerly, and Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plants.

RTC provided data highway and closed circuit TV (CCTV) engineering services by the design and routing of data highway fiber optic cable which monitors and controls the processes at all three plants and CCTV surveillance for both security and process monitoring.
